Send broadcast message to all Ubuntu machine in network

Send broadcast message to all Ubuntu machine in network

I have a Cent-OS server and 15 desktop Ubuntu in my network
I'm trying to send a broadcast message from server to all Ubuntu machine
using notify-send
is there any way to achieve that ??
